Ok, I’ve decided you really do have to do your target race before your ‘pretend’ marathon. I am so itching to run!!!

I haven’t been tapering well this time. I feel strong, and I’m letting myself run strong. What happened to the old taper where I’d feel sluggish, awkward? I feel like every time I hit the road, I want to race!
