Wednesday: 4.5 miles TM. 1mi @ 9mm, .25 @ 8.5mm, .25 @ 8mm. 1.5 @ 7.5mm, .25 @ 8mm, .25 @ 8.5mm, 1mi @ 9mm.

I have my calendar set up in my cube again to keep track of all this. Because of my focus on speed this summer, I know I need to get those darned treadmill workouts in, despite how uncomfortable they can be.
