Run (Not So ) Happy 10K
a 10K four days after Boston HURTS!!! I started out strong, but my quads started complaining by the third mile, and I took walk breaks every mile thereafter.

I felt crappy, particularly as it was my first Team Run Wild race. But I signed up for the team because I wanted to concentrate on my shorter races, and this is the best way to do so…
