Friday – 6 miles @ 153max HR down high st
Sat am – 1 mile at Antrim in the rain
Sat pm – 6 miles on a treadmill, listening to “My friend Leonard” and doing one of those hill workouts
Sun pm – 15.5 miles at Highbanks, listening to “My friend Leonard” – HR averaged 161 (142 – 178 range)

Hurrah for Mondays off!!!
