So the goal tonight is 10 miles on the treadmill. AND I am going to try to do it using my HRM, which means very, very slow. I’ve loaded up my mp3 player with podcasts, so hopefully that will help. Meredith raised a good point, if I have headphones on, how will I hear the HRM?

Off to the gym now: 6:46 pm. I’ll update again when I come back up. This should be interesting, 10 miles on the treadmill can easily take me an hour and a half on a GOOD day. This could take a very, very, VERY long time….
