I’m writing this down, to commit to it.
Mondays: off
Tuesdays: LT or speed workouts
Wednesdays: 8 – 10 miles
Thursday: gym (+2 miles)
Friday: recovery 4-6 miles
Saturday: run with the gang
Sunday: TBC class, 1 hr recovery run
That only has me going to the gym two days a week, but I think they’ll be quality workouts. Mondays will be busy with meditation. Sundays should be interesting: after the gym, I’ll head to Antrim and run 30 min out at 70%, then 30 min back. It will be interesting to see what sort of distance that nets me, and to see how it varies.
