2:03:52. It was actually interesting to watch the heart rate drift. I was doing ~12 min miles 20 min in, by the end it was closer to 14.

But it’s done.

Lessons learned:
– chewing clif bloks, even very slowly, causes an increase in heart rate
– stopping to stretch for even a second or two feels reeeeal good.
– breathing deeply (and/or holding your breath) lowers your heart rate
