So someone estimated the following paces for Pfitz plans:

General Aerobic Runs: MP + 5-10%
so for a 3:30 marathon, that’s 8:24 – 8:48mm /6:85 – 7:10mph

Long Runs: MP + 10 – 20%
8:48 – 9:36mm / 6:25 – 6:85mph

Current Half-Marathon Pace:
7:48mm / 7:6mph

I’m using my HRM for my easy runs, staying at below 70% of my HRR.
