So I was trying to figure out how to fit my HTC relay inot my training schedule.. I’ll be running 18.35 there on Friday/Saturday, when my schedule called for a 5 mile recovery run, and 15 miles w/ 12@MP. I wasn’t sure I wanted to give up on the ‘dress rehearsal’ long run. Then I realized that the week before that the long run is 18, so I decided to switch the weeks, and give up the recovery run. hopefully that’ll work… my 20 miler is the next week, so hopefully I won’t be too sore for it!
