Day 4

Today is day 4 of marathon training, and I’m already feeling it! Granted, the program is intense, and I’ve opted for the latter of the “rest or cross-train” days. So I’ve already logged 17 miles running, and 1.75hrs of cycling. I feel like I’m getting good workouts — yesterday in particular it was hot and miserable, but I forced myself through the 1:17 run, and I’m glad I did.
